Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:30 AM -6:30 PM CST with 2 hour unpaid lunch break
Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
 
Logistics Admin (Work From Home)
 
Qualifications:
Excellent English proficiency
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Experience managing turnaround times and deadlines in a remote environment
High school education or equivalent
Preferred but not required:
Salesforce knowledge and experience
Experience working flexible schedules to support overlapping business hours
Responsibilities:
● Serve as a friendly, professional, and confident point of contact when communicating with shoppers over the phone with excellent English proficiency
● Consistently follow documented processes and instructions
● Execute tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring work is complete and correct
● Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows
● Take ownership of assigned work, anticipating needs and addressing issues before they escalate
● Maintain organized records and documentation to support efficient operations and team collaboration
● Regularly attend team update meetings
● Create and send monthly Statement Of Work for Contractors
● Process Invoices
● Submit training tickets
● Submit mailers for file and paperwork relabel and check ins
● Review videos and determine if they need to be reshot
● Answer shopper phone calls as needed
● Client shared locations management
● Work order updates as needed
● Maintaining trip progress and communicating with Contractor and In-house shoppers on pending files and paperwork
