Part-Time Associate Marketing Manager (Work From Home)
 
We're looking for an Associate Marketing Manager with hands-on experience supporting marketing for a software company, consulting firm, or digital agency within the eCommerce space.
 
This role requires someone who can execute across content, campaigns, and marketing operations, not just assist, and who understands B2B buying cycles and pipeline-driven marketing.
 
Qualifications:
Ownership, organization, and the ability to turn insights into publish-ready assets are critical.
2 -3 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably within a digital agency, software company, or consulting organization in the eCommerce space Familiarity with LinkedIn, Meta,Instagram, Apollo, and Canva. Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM fundamentals, and email deliverability basics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Genuine interest in eCommerce, software-driven services, and B2B storytelling
Responsibilities:
Internal Marketing, Content, and Campaign Execution
Plan and execute internal marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn (company page management and posting), and blog publishing
Own and maintain a strategic social media calendar for daily and weekly execution
Support the creation of marketing assets including case studies, whitepapers, e-books, POV content, and lead magnets for ABM and top-of-funnel campaigns
Help operate a case study and proof-point flywheel by gathering inputs from leadership and delivery teams and translating outcomes into market-ready assets
Build and manage email nurture and outbound support sequences using Apollo and CRM-based lead lists
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance tracking, and email deliverability best practices
Paid Media and Funnel Support
Support paid media execution through asset coordination, campaign QA, and reporting
Assist in building and maintaining always-on paid funnels for lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness.
Ensure alignment between marketing activity, attribution, and sales outcomes
Marketing Collateral and Sales Enablement
Develop and maintain marketing and sales assets including one-pagers, case studies, sales decks, whitepapers, and client success stories.
Support creation of conversion-focused landing pages tied to Shopify migration offers, CRO audits, and ROI calculators.
Coordinate formbuilds, CRM integrations, and sales follow-up workflows
Campaign and Event Enablement
Support marketing initiatives for webinars, events, and partner or co-marketing efforts.
Assist with outbound support messaging and follow-up campaigns tied to events.
Help execute targeted campaigns focused on Shopify installs, Magento users, and mid-market to enterprise eCommerce brands
Marketing Operations and Analytics
Support and maintain marketing infrastructure including Apollo, CRM workflows, and segmentation logic.
Track and report on key metrics such as MQLs, conversion rates, email engagement, and campaign performance.
Support data hygiene, bounce-rate reduction, and sender reputation management
Brand Awareness and Retargeting
Ensure consistent voice, tone, and visual standards across all marketing channels.
Support retargeting strategies using pixels and remarketing audiences.
Coordinate with paid media and design teams to execute awareness and visibility campaigns
