Rate: $6/hr and earn up to PHP 60,000+/month plus $100 - $200 total incentives/month depending on KPI achievement
 
Schedule: 
Monday to Friday: Start time may be either 8:30 AM or 9:00 AM, with working hours up to 5:30 PM CST. 
30-min unpaid lunch and two paid 15-min breaks.
SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (WORK FROM HOME)
 
Must Have Qualifications:
Experience in handling high-volume outbound calls, preferably in the hospitality industry, including hotels, motels, and short-term rentals.
Proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or ideally Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of a CRM (Microsoft 360)
Well-spoken and zero accent is a must
We want someone who is not just blindly following a task, but can get creative if a strategy is not working

Quick learner
Good to Have Qualifications:
Hospitality/Property Management background
Previous saas/software selling experience
Apollo experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Primary objective is to schedule a second call or demo with one of our Sales Representatives.
Engage in high-velocity, high-volume sales, with an average sales price (ASP) of $200 - $300 in Monthly Recurring Revenue.
Conduct Outbound Outreach by finding, contacting leads
Own and Manage prospecting for a designated territory and create quarterly plans to achieve quotas
Conduct prospecting and account research, collaborate with Inbound BDR peers, engage in social media messaging, email messaging, and outbound calling
Coordinate with Inbound BDRs on marketing campaign accounts/prospect and Input and update data in Salesforce
