BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (WORK FROM HOME)
 
Job Description:
 
We're seeking a detail-oriented BDR to drive expansion opportunities within our existing customer base through strategic digital outreach. This role focuses on identifying and converting warm accounts into new revenue opportunities through personalized, research-driven engagement.
 
Key Responsibilities
Daily Outreach: Dedicate focused time each day to reach out to assigned accounts with personalized, tailored messaging
Account Research: Conduct targeted research on each account before outreach to ensure relevant, contextual communication
Digital Engagement: Execute outreach primarily through email and LinkedIn to warm accounts (existing customers or those familiar with our brand)
Cross-Selling & Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand product usage within existing customer organizations (e.g., reaching out to different departments within companies already using our solutions)
Pipeline Management: Manage a portfolio of 1,000+ accounts, executing systematic touch campaigns to convert opportunities
Collaboration: Work closely with onshore Account Executives and participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
What Success Looks Like
Consistent daily outreach activity with high-quality, personalized messaging
Strong conversion rates from warm accounts to qualified opportunities
Effective use of digital channels (email, LinkedIn) to drive engagement
Ability to identify and articulate value propositions for different personas within target accounts
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in account management, sales development, or a similar customer-facing role, including cold calling
Proven track record with digital outreach strategies (email and LinkedIn)
Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize messaging at scale
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach)
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a remote environment with structured check-ins
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS or technology sales
Familiarity with account-based marketing/sales approaches
Experience working with warm or existing customer bases
Proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity
Work Environment
Weekly management check-ins and training sessions
Collaborative team environment with ongoing coaching and playbook support
