About the Role
 
We're seeking a detail-oriented SDR to drive expansion opportunities within our existing customer base through strategic digital outreach.
 
This role focuses on converting warm accounts into new revenue opportunities using personalized, research-driven engagement across digital channels.
 
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in sales development, account management, or customer-facing sales roles
100+ Linkedin connections and an active Linkedin activity/behavior/messaging.
Proven success with digital outreach (email and LinkedIn)
Strong written communication skills with ability to personalize at scale
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach)
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working remotely with structured check-in
Email and LinkedIn outbound outreach
Account research and personalization

Pipeline and account management
Nice to Have Qualifications:
SaaS or technology sales experience
Account-based sales or marketing experience
Experience selling into existing / warm customer bases
Proficiency with AI tools to improve productivity
Ability to manage high account volume with consistency and quality
Strong collaboration skills with distributed, onshore teams
Responsibilities:
Dedicate focused time daily to personalized outreach across assigned accounts
Conduct targeted account research prior to outreach to ensure relevant, contextual messaging
Execute digital outreach primarily via email and LinkedIn to warm accounts
Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing customer organizations
Manage a portfolio of 1,000+ accounts using structured, systematic touch campaigns
Collaborate closely with onshore Account Executives
Participate in weekly training, coaching, and performance check-ins
