Billing Support Specialist (Work From Home)
We're looking for experienced Billing Support Specialists to join a fast-growing, AI-first technology company's User Operations team. This is a full-time contractor role based in the Philippines, supporting a high-volume, technically complex billing environment with both B2B and B2C customers.
 
Must Have Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience in billing support, accounts payable, or a related finance/operations role
Hands-on AP experience: invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor management
Strong written and verbal English communication skills - you'll be working directly with technical end users, including developers
Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based billing models
Proficiency with CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom)
Ability to work US time zones (PST/EST)
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Experience supporting SaaS or AI-native products
Exposure to tools like Stripe, Chargebee, or similar billing platforms
Comfort reading or interpreting basic technical documentation
 
What You'll Do
Handle complex billing inquiries from end users, including consumption-based pricing questions, spend forecasting, and account reconciliation
Guide customers through billing discrepancies, subscription changes, and payment issues with clarity and professionalism
Collaborate with internal technical support and engineering teams to escalate and resolve edge cases
Maintain accurate records of billing interactions and resolutions in internal systems
Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles to improve self-service deflection rates
Support accounts payable (AP) processes including invoice verification, payment tracking, and vendor reconciliation
