BUSINESS SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (WORK FROM HOME)
 
Job Description:
 
This person will need to be an experienced and certified Salesforce Admin who's confident at building fields, objects, and flows. They also need to have a deep understanding of system integrations to keep up with metadata changes that impacts systems downstream.
 
Must Have Qualifications:
Must work US Central Time hours.
Must have 3+ years of experience in some systems or operations role.
Must be Salesforce certified.
Must have experience working in other tools (ex: Outreach, Marketo, Gainsight, etc.).
Must speak English fluently.
Nice To Have Qualifications:
Experience in Jira
Experience building AI Agents (ex: Google AI Studio, Zapier, n8n, etc.)
Comfortable meeting with users ad-hoc to troubleshoot issues.
