What Supervisor, Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Supervisor, Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.
Qualifications
INTERNAL
Open to CHIP employees (existing M1s, and P-levels)
Good communication skills
At least one year in the current role with CHIP
Not under a prescriptive period for any disciplinary action stipulated in the Employee Handbook
EXTERNAL
At least 2 years of international BPO Supervisory experience
Good communication skills
Preferably with a Bachelor's degree
Strong leadership skills
Experience in doing client management is preferred
Willing to work at night; shifting RDs
Has a stable internet connection
Temporary work from home (WFH) until further notice; office location is in BGC
What is expected of you and others at this level
Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff
Administers and executes policies and procedures
Ensures employees operate within guidelines
Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers
Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels
Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
