We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing BPO team. Successful candidates will assist customers with inquiries, concerns, account requests, and product or service-related issues.
 
AVAILABLE ACCOUNTS:
 
TELCO ACCOUNT
Handle customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services
Assist with billing, account, and service concerns
Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
RETAIL ACCOUNT
Assist customers with product, order, delivery, and account inquiries
Handle concerns and provide effective solutions
Process customer requests and update account information
Deliver excellent customer service
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer calls and inquiries professionally
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately
Provide information about products and services
Document customer interactions and update records
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Follow company policies and account procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
High School, Senior High School, or College graduates are welcome
With or without BPO experience
Good English communication skills
Customer-service oriented and willing to learn
Basic computer skills
Willing to work onsite in Cagayan De Oro
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
