Provide excellent customer experience to US mortgage clients, support customers with financial and homeownership goals, collaborate with diverse teams and global leaders, and be part of a pioneering and fast-growing mortgage operations team.
 
Office Location: 3F BPOSeats, Metro Alabang Town Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
 
Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift Monday-Friday (On-site)
 
Start Date: October 2026
 
Key responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer experience to US mortgage clients
Support customers with financial and homeownership goals
Collaborate with diverse teams and global leaders
About you
College Level, College Undergraduates or Bachelor's Degree holder (Preferred)
Highschool Graduates are accepted
At least 1-2 years BPO experience handling billing or financial accounts, collections/payment processing, or credit card fraud claims
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift
Candidates without Insurance or Mortgage experience are welcome to apply, provided they have at least 3 years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
Must have Collections experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (nice-to-have)
