CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring of web tracking system (Standard, Corporate & Basic).
Managing and assisting client concerns via email, phone calls & live agent.
Updating of record in Pipedrive.
Replenishment of client web tracking platform.
Sending of the client(s) web platform access.
Assisting technician installation logs and coordination
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Customer Service and Troubleshooting abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer support or related field
