What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional support.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide reliable assistance.
Understand customer concerns and work toward first-call resolution.
Answer questions and provide information about products and services.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
Accurately document customer interactions and concerns.
Work closely with teammates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
What We're Looking For
At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
Good English communication skills.
Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
BPO or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
