Facilitates interactive vehicle reception for Service customers based on the prescribed guidelines and standards of plant/ manufacturer and company.
Ensures that customers are updated on the status of their vehicle repair and that timely feedback are provided
Ensures that customers are well assisted during vehicle releasing and extends invitation regarding the need for his/her vehicle's next servicing appointment.
Conducts vehicle quality checking and handovers the vehicle to the customer based on prescribed guidelines and standards on vehicle quality check and handover process
Ensures that service sales targets are met within the prescribed timeline through conducting thorough review of the customers' vehicle concerns and upselling other After Sales Services to the customer during the reception process
Prepares and submits the following report in a timely manner to the Reception Supervisor:
Preferably a graduate of Automotive course or any related course
Preferably with more than 2 years experience as Service advisor
Knowledgeable in Plant/Manufacturer's Requirements and Standards for Vehicle Reception, Initial Vehicle Diagnosis, Upselling and Vehicle Handover
Knows basic Vehicle Repair / Body and Paint Knowledge\
Can Upsell / Negotiate
Creativite, Innovative and Resourceful
With excellent Time management/Work Organization
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Automotive 5 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
