Role Overview
We are looking for an absolute hunter mindset - someone who thrives on building pipeline, creating opportunities, and closing conversations with confidence. This is not a passive sales role. We want someone who can own outreach, engage prospects intelligently, and create momentum from day one.
 
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Prospect and engage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach
Qualify opportunities and identify customer pain points
Schedule and support product demos for the sales team
Build strong relationships with developers, product teams, and decision-makers
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline updates
Consistently exceed outreach, meeting, and pipeline targets
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
Represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and curiosity
Must Have Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, or SaaS sales
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Experience selling SaaS, developer tools, cloud, AI, or technology solutions is a major plus
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action
Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or outreach platforms
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Experience working with developer-focused products
Exposure to global customers, especially US or Europe markets
Startup experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong LinkedIn and social selling skills
