The Billing Specialist will handle all billing related activities to ensure that invoices issued to customers are recorded accurately, completely and timely in the financial system. ?
To apply for Billing Specialist, you are excellent at: ?
? * Investigate and respond to customer billing inquiries via email and live inbound/outbound phone calls including live over Zoom
? * Customer and internal facing with the ability to process Billing and AR aspects of the business
? * Proficient knowledge of workflow between multiple programs (Zuora, OP, Salesforce)
? * High level account analysis, research, and troubleshooting with technical issues the customer faces on via the billing portal and billing system
? * Ability to collaborate with other departments cross-functionally regarding customers accounts and inquires
? * Review invoices and create manual adjustments, as necessary
? * Process credit and debit adjustments
? * Update billing records with contact information changes
? * Assist with payment posting and reconciling procedures
? * Assist the Collection team to manage customer disputes and payments
? * Assist Revenue/System team in data clean up projects
? * Identify and escalate issues found in the billing system to engineering for resolution
? * Assist the Billing Manager to evaluate current processes, recommend and implement improvements to improve operational efficiency and successful customer experiences

Your Success Profile includes: ?
? * MUST speak English fluently
? * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
? * 1+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or finance experience
? * Experience in Customer Service is preferred
? * Effective verbal and written communication skills
? * Strong interpersonal and professional skills
? * Strong problem-solving skills
? * Strong computer skills (i.e. excel) - Experience in Zuora and Zendesk is preferred, but not required.
? * Ability to handle large volume of details - detailed oriented and multi-tasking
? * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and team setting with other individuals
