MINIMUM JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Shifting Schedule
- Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative (DIGITAL ADS SALES SPECIALIST)
- Inbound Customer Service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Completed at-least 2 yrs. In college
2. At least 1yr. of SALES, COLLECTIONS, or CUSTOMER RETENTION experience in a BPO and/or SHARED SERVICE ENVIRONMENT
3. Account Management Experience is a plus
4. Strong Verbal and Written English Communications Skills
5. Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
6. Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics
7. Familiarity with online advertising products and services
8. Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
9. Can WORK in BGC TAGUIG / Rest assured that Security & Health is topnitch in the work place, Social Distancing, Sanitation, Mask and Face-shield are required. / ALSO POSSIBLE FOR Temporary WFH eventually due to the unpredictable situations caused by the pandemic.
