HR MANAGER
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field .
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven track record in leading HR teams and managing multiple HR functions (e.g., Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Labor Compliance).
Preferably female.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE compliance).
Competence in HR strategic planning, policy development, and implementation.
Excellent people management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven HR decisions.

Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
