HR MANAGER
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Established Policies and Procedures
Develops the HR team, to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization  and prepare them for career development and succession.
Provides direction, guidance and support to the department through the Section Officers and/or Team Lead to ensure that the day-to-day activities are implemented in an effective and timely manner. 
Manages the budget for the group ensuring that critical items are in place for efficient operations.
Coaches, supervises, reviews and monitors the performance of subordinates and make recommendations on personnel movements, promotions and transfers.
Monitors and enforces the compliance of subordinates to company policies and work  with HR Officer for disciplinary actions when necessary. 
Manages department staffing including employee selection, development and conversely, letting go of those who do not meet the company's performance standards.
Leadership & Supervision

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to manage and develop a positive and productive management team.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills.
Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change
Self starter, who takes the initiative.
Has a good communication skill both written and verbal.
With at least 4-5 years experience in human resource related operations.
