HR & TALENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
 
Job Description:
The HR & Talent Development Manager will lead and oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs, succession planning, and leadership development strategies that align with business objectives and support workforce capability across all operations. The HR & Talent Development Manager will partner with department heads to ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and operational standards while fostering a culture of continuous learning and organizational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
Develop and implement training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
Manage performance management and succession planning processes
Ensure HR policies and programs comply with labor laws and company standards
Partner with operations to drive employee engagement, culture, and talent growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred
Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in talent development or management
Proven expertise in learning & development, performance management, and HR operations
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Knowledge of labor laws, food industry standards, and operational compliance
