FLEET MANAGER
About the role
As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and cost-effective management of the company's vehicle fleet. This full-time, on-site role in Mandaue City, Cebu, is crucial in ensuring the smooth operations of the organization's logistics and transportation functions.

What you'll be doing
Develop and implement policies and procedures to manage the fleet, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
Oversee the scheduling, maintenance, and repair of all vehicles in the fleet to maximize uptime and minimize downtime
Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible terms for vehicle acquisition, servicing, and fuel
Manage the fleet budget and control costs through effective procurement and expense management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the fleet supports the overall business objectives
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the fleet's performance and status
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a relevant logistics/transportation role
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in fleet management software and data analysis tools
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Proven track record of optimizing fleet performance and reducing costs
Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry
