A home-grown Cebuano brand, Cebu Home and Builders Centre was born from the roots of its mother company, Cebu Oversea Hardware Co., Inc. The first branch located at A.S. Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City is the company's main branch with the largest array of D.I.Y. materials and consists of its own bath showroom for the higher end market. As the years passed, other branches were constructed in different strategic locations in Cebu to provide wider and better service for the market, namely in Mactan, Consolacion, Minglanilla, N. Bacalso, Carcar and its latest store in Toledo.

HR MANAGER
 
Job Summary
 
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
 
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations
Manage performance management systems and employee evaluations
Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
Lead training, development, and succession planning initiatives
Handle HR reports, manpower planning, and attrition analysis
Act as a strategic partner to management on HR and organizational matters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with 3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Preferred Skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in organizational development and change management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
