Qualifications
Atleast College Level
At least 2-4 years of experience in operations management (F&B or retail industry is an advantage)
Experience handling multi-branch operations, company-owned stores, and franchise systems
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Knowledge in operations, inventory management, and basic financial reporting
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with Marketing and other departments
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic reporting tools
Willing to travel to different branches as needed
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of Company-Owned Stores and Franchise Branches to ensure efficiency, quality service, and compliance with company standards
Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures across all branches
Manage and support franchise operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and contractual obligations
Monitor store performance, sales, and expenses; prepare reports and recommend improvements
Lead, coach, and evaluate store managers and staff to achieve operational goals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and government regulations
Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth operations
Handle operational issues, customer concerns, and escalations
Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management
Support branch openings, closures, audits, and expansion activities
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and brand initiatives
Ensure marketing programs are properly implemented in all company-owned and franchise stores
Develop and execute strategies to boost branch sales, including local store marketing, upselling techniques, promotions, and performance improvement plans
Analyze sales trends and branch performance to identify opportunities for growth and recommend action plans
Drive continuous improvement in operations, customer experience, and sales performance
