Role Purpose
Foundever is looking for Total Rewards Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Job Summary
Management of Total Rewards (TR) activities which include TR analytical design and infrastructure, participation in the management of total wellbeing programs, TR operations, and projects.
Able to partner with HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders in data gathering.
Able to sanitize the data and decide which is relevant to the business. Able to produce analyses with fast turnarounds based on business requests.
Duties and Responsibilities
Management of TR activities which include TR Analytical Design and Infrastructure, participation in the management of Total Wellbeing programs, TR Operations, and Projects.
Management of database, from raw data to business analytical insights. Gather, sanitize data, and organize useful data sets needed to create a reliable report. Ensures the accuracy and accessibility of these reports.
Design and develop tools on salary structure, job classifications, and market comp analyses. Performs incentive audits and ensures the accuracy of all TR global systems (SuccessFactor, Job Management Tool, PayFactor Market Analysis, and Pricing tool)
Design data visualization tools, and dashboards that can be used for business development and effective decision-making (i.e. dashboard for market wages, market analyses, compensation analysis, analysis on wellbeing programs, salary trend, etc)
Perform market research to identify market trends related to compensation, benefits, and other Total Wellbeing Programs. Stay updated on the latest trends and technological advancements
Supports program development of Total Reards for PH, and other regions. Data configuration for the launch of SuccessFactor in new locations.
Partners with business stakeholders to assess, identify, and develop TR tools to further provide stakeholders with the current state of Foundever Total Rewards vis a vis market and competition
Key Qualifications
Minimum - 5 years' experience in analytics and data visualization (Has working knowledge with PowerBI and other data visualization tools)
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Knowledge of compensation theory, methodology, legislation, tools, and processes
Knowledge of benefits theory, methodology, legislation, tools, and processes
Minimum - University degree required. An advanced degree in statistics or a related field is a plus
