Job Description:
Understand labor law, responsible for the drafting, revision, implementation and revision of the human resources management system
Recruitment, Selection, Orientation Training Employees and enforcing company policies and practices
Preparation of Payroll and Statutory Benefits
Responsible for internal communication
Research and analyze the relevant policies and regulations of local government to ensure the legitimacy of the company policies.
Provide logistical support for the company's operation.
Meeting organization
Qualifications and Skills
At least College Level
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Related or Psychology course
With good interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Multi-tasking, motivated and energetic, confident and trustworthy, must be flexible and detailed oriented.
