AP RESIDENCES INC. and MACTAN INTERNATIONAL TRADING INC. is LOOKING FOR GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager will provide leadership to the company to achieve the key objectives of the real estate and the exporting (sister company) company. He/she will be responsible for the overall performance of the company in terms of both operational & financial areas. He/she will be responsible to develop & execute the business plan & the achievement of Key Performance Indicators in all departments/areas. He/she will Design, Plan & Manage all company resources to enhance value to our company.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or a relevant post-graduate degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management and exporting industry.
With atleast 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, other departments, and external partners.
Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies.
Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Positive personality.
A Team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's portfolio.
Ensure alignment of the business operations with overall company goals and market conditions.
Lead and manage the team including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Provide guidance and support to our partners to achieve organizational objectives.
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
Adapt strategies based on market changes and client needs.
Implement risk management strategies to protect company assets.
Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
