Qualifications:
BS Psychology Graduate, preferably with a Masteral degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
At least 5 years experience in the Human Resource field.
Responsibilities:
Leads the department by managing people and resources, ensuring goals are met, enforcing company policies, and collaborating with other departments to meet internal and external needs in recruitment and assisting the training of staff as needed. Also, support the organizational changes.
