JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs of the company and ensures that such programs are in compliance with Philippine labor laws. The position is important as this will be an avenue in developing programs that will contribute to improve work performance, engagement and satisfaction of the company’s employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administers salary for all employees every 10th and 25th of the month and ensure that all payroll is credited on time
• Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
• Ensures compliance to government mandated employee benefits such as SSS, Philhealth and Pag ibig on a monthly basis
• Administers employee benefits and government compliance
• Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
• Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology or equivalent
• With at least 1-year work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated Benefits
