SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (CEBU PROJECTS)
 
Job Summary
 
The Sr. Project Manager oversees construction projects from pre-construction through turnover, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, safety, and quality standards. S/he strategize effective solutions for any changes or challenges that arise and manage both the project and personnel effectively.
 
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee comprehensive project schedules from pre-construction to completion, including punch lists and turnover procedures.
Formulate work packages, procurement plans, and project execution strategies during the pre-tender stage.
Ensure timely project commencement and adherence to daily and weekly deadlines, achieving cost-effective and punctual project delivery.
Assume overall responsibility for project management during the construction phase, overseeing contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and site engineers to ensure strict adherence to plans, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
Provide effective problem-solving solutions for any project challenges that arise. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project status reports and deliver presentations to project stakeholders.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering
Professional licensure (Architect or Civil Engineer)
At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including demonstrated track record in managing HOTEL PROJECTS for at least 3 years
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, and capable of delivering detailed reports to senior management.
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL FROM MUNTINLUPA TO CEBU & VICE VERSA AS WELL AS TO OTHER LOCATIONS OF POTENTIAL PROJECTS
