Job Description
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare services
Assist members and providers with inquiries about benefits, eligibility, claims, and authorizations
Provide accurate information while ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and data privacy standards
Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner
Document interactions and update patient or member records accurately in the system
Follow established workflows, quality guidelines, and performance metrics
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to deliver excellent service
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Qualifications
Education: College Graduate
Bachelor of Science courses only
Experience:
No BPO experience required
Compensation
Salary Offer: Up to PHP 34,000
