Requirements:
Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish language
Completed at least 2 years in college or SHS graduate
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Preferably with work experience as Bilingual Spanish
With Customer Service & Technical Support experience
Responsibilities:
Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues
Provide customer assistance by troubleshooting technical inquiries
Assist and guide customers for any technical processes
Answer questions through call, email and chat
Follow the company's standard processes and procedures
