The successful candidate will be completing critical Core tasks which were previously done by the local city Ops teams in the countries we support hence the need for somebody who is results-oriented, collaborative as he needs to work closely with partners and local City Ops teams, with good analytical skills and attention to detail.
About the Team
The Marketplace team's primary responsibility is to adjust restaurants' delivery radii using a tool called Terra to ensure market health and restore market equilibrium from over-demand or oversupply. This is to ensure healthy supply and demand.
The work of the team is split between 2 main functions/tasks - live monitoring and ad-hoc/core tasks for the different regions we support namely APAC, EMEA, and US&C.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for monitoring the health of the different markets/regions which will be assigned to you. You will also be assigned to work on the different Ops/ad-hoc tasks from the different regions/countries we support.
What You'll Need
Work experience in a high energy, productive environment
Proficient in the English language both in written and verbal modalities
High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools) and software
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to connect effectively what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
Passion for creating support experiences that exceed users' expectations
Willingness to work in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users
Flexibility to work on different shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, including weekends and weekly evening shifts
Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to analyze the problem, apply logical and structured thinking to resolve problems accurately
Bonus Points:
A bachelor's degree from any field is preferred but not a requirement
Behavioral attributes: Should be able to show adaptability in the ever-changing work environment and treat every assigned project/task with its due importance.
