Qualifications:
2+ years of outbound SDR or inside sales experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts
Prior experience selling or representing enterprise-grade software or technology solutions, such as:
- Shopify (or Shopify Plus ecosystem)
- SAP
- Microsoft
- Salesforce
- Other enterprise SaaS or platform-based solutions
Proven success making cold outbound calls and booking meetings with complex organizations
Strong understanding of the e-commerce technology landscape, including:

Comfortable speaking to e-commerce performance metrics (AOV, ROAS, conversion rate, omnichannel, CLV)
Highly organized, process-driven, and accountable
Bonus Experience
Experience working at a Shopify agency, systems integrator, or e-commerce SaaS company
Exposure to performance marketing, CRO, or digital transformation services
Experience supporting executive-level sales motions or strategic accounts
What Success Looks Like
Consistent generation of minimum 5-8 qualified meetings monthly, with mid-market and enterprise brands
Strong pipeline contribution tied directly to outbound efforts
High call activity with quality engagement
Clean handoffs to sales with strong discovery notes and account insight
Ownership and optimization of Apollo campaigns at an advanced level
Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Execution
Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound calling into mid-market and enterprise accounts
Engage decision-makers and influencers across e-commerce, technology, marketing, and operations teams
Run structured follow-up cadences via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive meeting conversion
Campaign & Event Outreach
Support event-driven outbound campaigns, including pre-event and post-event outreach
Identify, scrape, and segment targeted account lists for campaigns and industry initiatives
Personalize outreach based on company profile, technology stack, and market positioning
Apollo Ownership (Critical Requirement)
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Apollo, including:
Building and managing outbound email sequences
Running multi-step campaigns across email and phone
Email deliverability best practices and inbox warm-up
Contact enrichment, list building, and segmentation
Task management, call workflows, and reporting
Own Apollo as a core outbound engine and optimize campaign performance continuously
Account Research & Qualification
Research and identify ideal customer profiles within the e-commerce ecosystem
Understand how to evaluate:
- Platform fit
- Business size and complexity
- Technology maturity
- Growth indicators and buying signals
Qualify opportunities effectively and route them to sales leadership with strong context
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Track outreach activity, meetings booked, pipeline contribution, and follow-ups
Demonstrate strong discipline in deal and meeting follow-through
