About the Role
 
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the frontliner in reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and converting leads into clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a results-driven mindset.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell products/services.
Identify customer needs and provide the right solutions.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Handle objections effectively and professionally close deals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative, Telemarketer, or similar role.
Strong communication and persuasion skills (English)
Comfortable making high-volume calls daily.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
At least College Level / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
