The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote company brand, products, and services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively engage target
audiences through digital and traditional marketing channels.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Oversee website content, updates, and performance to optimize user experience and lead generation.
Coordinate and execute advertising efforts across various platforms, including online, print, and broadcast media.
Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters to drive customer engagement.
Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Build relationships with vendors, media, and community partners to enhance brand positioning.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to stay ahead of the market.
Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive, RV, or outdoor recreation industry.
Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads,SEO, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
