Schedule: Full-time, US Pacific Hours (Night Shift PH)Role SummaryWe are launching a new, high-growth vertical selling mission-critical wireless push-to-talk headset systems to dispatch centers across the United States (police, fire, EMS, 911 centers, aviation, transportation, utilities, and government agencies).We are looking for a high-output, process-driven Outbound SDR who will be fully dedicated to this vertical.Primary Objective:
Book qualified meetings with dispatch centers and call center decision-makers.This role does not require you to explain technical details or close deals - only to identify the right contacts, initiate conversations, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.This is a long-term role in a stable, rapidly growing niche with strong recurring demand.Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Prospecting (Primary Responsibility)Make 80-120 outbound calls per day to dispatch centers and public safety organizationsSend 80-150 targeted outbound emails daily using sequencesConduct 10-20 LinkedIn outreach touches per dayIdentify decision-makers (dispatch supervisors, communications managers, procurement officers)2. Research & List BuildingBuild accurate lead lists for dispatch centers, call centers, and government agenciesAdd 20-40 new contacts per day into the CRMVerify phone numbers, emails, and job titlesMaintain clean, organized prospecting lists3. Qualification & Meeting SchedulingUse discovery questions to confirm basic fitCommunicate the value proposition clearly and confidentlySchedule 3-5 qualified meetings per week for Account ExecutivesSend calendar invites and confirm attendance4. CRM ManagementLog all calls, emails, objections, and notes in the CRMMaintain accurate pipeline stagesComplete daily follow-up tasks consistentlyUpdate lead statuses and disposition every contact5. Daily ReportingSend an end-of-day report summarizing:Calls madeEmails sentContacts addedMeetings bookedConversations heldObjections heardField insights or trends6.
