Data & CRM Support SpecialistSummary / Overall PurposeThe Data & CRM Support Specialist is responsible for managing the operational backend of a proprietary CRM platform. This role focuses on seamless data integration using customized software and AI tools, ensuring data accuracy, and providing Tier 1 technical support. The position plays a key role in organizing large datasets and delivering a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience for new users.Key ResponsibilitiesData Implementation & OrganizationData Integration: Transfer and accurately input raw user submissions-including audio files, photos, and other attachments-into the proprietary CRM.AI & Custom Tools: Utilize internal software and Artificial Intelligence solutions to process, clean, and integrate diverse data formats.Large Dataset Management: Organize and prepare large datasets (e.g., historic client records, CRM data) to support seamless user onboarding.System Hygiene: Create and maintain processes that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and overall CRM data quality.User Support & TroubleshootingSupport Ticket Management: Act as the primary point of contact for user support, managing all incoming tickets and inquiries.Bug Triage: Log, categorize, and clearly document software bugs, escalating them efficiently to the development team.Platform Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of the proprietary CRM to provide fast, correct, and thorough user support.Required Skills & CapabilitiesTechnical Proficiency: Strong experience with customized software, Google Sheets, and AI-assisted tools.Communication: Excellent written English and exceptional typing accuracy; all support is written-no phone communication required.Mindset: Highly detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working behind the scenes within complex system structures.Work EnvironmentFully remote position.Independent, backend-focused work with no direct phone interaction with customers.
