Be the central connector who keeps things running behind the scenes. You'll partner with Franchisee Success Managers and other department PMs, Creative, Media, Finance, and Technology, to ensure every campaign launches accurately, on time, and with flawless coordination. Their founders, having owned multiple franchise locations themselves, saw that traditional agencies didn't truly understand the multi-unit, local-marketing model, so they created a business that does.They specialise in serving multi-location brands and franchise networks through "Facebook/Instagram-first" (and broader omni-channel) marketing, plus strong operational systems, analytics, and support.Key cultural priorities: * Deep understanding of franchise business models, local unit scalability, and multi-site operations

🎯 Your Mission
Project Management & Coordination 🧾: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for the Success team
Client Campaign Support 💼: Partner with Success Managers to organize onboarding, campaign launches, and recurring deliverables
Cross-Team Collaboration 🔄: Coordinate handoffs between Creative, Media, and Success teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
Progress Tracking 📋: Monitor project milestones and task completion across departments
Documentation & Follow-Through 🗂️: Keep communication, updates, and follow-ups documented in Airtable or Asana
Leadership Visibility 📣: Prepare project summaries and updates for leadership review
Workflow Optimization ⚙️: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross-department efficiency
Onboarding & Rollout Support 🚀: Assist in implementing new initiatives and ensuring consistent execution
Template & System Management 🧑‍💻: Maintain organized project templates and standardized systems for the Success department

Experienced Coordinator 📌: At least 2 years in project coordination, client success, or marketing operations
