This is a true Biz Dev role focused exclusively on text, email, and direct messaging outreach. We need someone adept at conducting research, managing data, and initiating conversations with our primary audience: school and college women.This role requires a candidate who is highly organized and comfortable with westernized text "lingo" to ensure outreach is friendly and conversational. Since our clients are most responsive in the evening, candidates in the Philippines are well positioned to work during these hours.Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach & Conversational Prospecting
Outreach Execution: Sending messages in our stead and replying to messages in our stead. This involves extensive outreach via text, email, and direct messaging on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
Conversational Discernment: Must show discernment when sending texts; all outreach must be very conversational and comfortable using westernized text "lingo" to connect authentically with the audience.
Direct Messaging: Proactively engage with customers through direct messaging to secure sales opportunities.
Research & CRM Management
Research & Lead Generation: Navigating collegiate websites, student directories, and other public resources to find new contacts through researching.
CRM Management: Entering new contacts into our CRM system and tidying up the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and organization.
Pipeline Management: Proactively engage with existing email lists to identify new opportunities and re-engage past contacts.
Sales Administration
Sales Pipeline Management: Guide clients through the billing process, ensuring they are always aware of their order status and addressing any holdups.
Client Segmentation: Work with a diverse client base, from college students to non profits.
Work Schedule & Structure
Coverage Hours: The core work requires afternoon/evening coverage in the U.S., specifically 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST or 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST.
Shift Flow: The first half of the shift will primarily be dedicated to outreach and sending messages, with the second half focused on research and CRM management.
Communication: This is a NO PHONE CALLS role, focused entirely on written correspondence.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or business development roles focused on prospecting and communication.
Communication: Excellent written communication skills are mandatory for effective text, email, and DM correspondence.
Mindset: Self motivated, persistent, and target driven, with a passion for connecting with new clients.
Technical: Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a big plus.
Logistics: Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
