The Logistics Customer Service Associate is responsible for fostering relationship between Jollibee Worldwide Services Logistics (JWSL) and brand/s by responding to delivery requests, resolving delivery complaints, and maintaining quality services.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information related to JWSL delivery services and present to immediate superior for resolution.
Resolves day to day order and delivery related concerns by investigating issues and ensuring responses per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Cascades the communication plan such as delivery status, JWSL official Logistics guidelines, especially, spiel to the grassroots.
Assess and report safety hazards associated with workplace area.
Jollibee Worldwide Services Logistics, the hiring entity, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Bachelor's or College degree, Industrial Engineering background is an advantage
At least 0-6 months of relevant work experience in fields such as Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Distribution.
Preferably with Customer Service experience.
Must be willing to extend working hours if necessary.
Must be willing to work during holidays and/or weekends.
Must be willing to work in Bicutan, Taguig.
