LEARNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL OFFICER

Join our team as a Learning and Organizational Development Officer!
 
In this role, you'll lead initiatives that drive employee growth, skills development, and a positive workplace culture. You will also design, execute, training programs and performance management systems aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop talent development programs (leadership, skills training, employee recognition).
Oversee performance management processes
Conduct training needs assessments, design and deliver impactful learning programs.
Manage succession planning, career development, and onboarding processes.
Drive employee engagement through surveys, recognition programs, and team-building events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
What We're Looking for:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
Experience: At least 3 years in Learning Development and Organizational Development and corporate initiatives, with 2+ years in a supervisory or officer role.
Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
Certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Situational Leadership, or relevant fields a plus.
