MARKETING OFFICER - FOOD SERVICE
 
We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Marketing Officer to support our Factory Outlets and Food Service (HORECA) business. This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to strengthen brand presence, support commercial growth, and improve customer access through digital initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities
Execute in-store marketing activities to drive foot traffic and increase store sales
Ensure consistent brand standards across all Factory Outlets
Support food service agents with marketing collaterals and tools for HORECA accounts
Plan and manage social media content and campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads
Coordinate the development and rollout of an online ordering system
Track results and recommend improvements to enhance performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of marketing experience (FMCG, retail, food service, or HORECA preferred)
Strong execution and coordination skills
Digital and social media savvy
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
