POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER
 
The Project Manager- MIS leads and delivers technology initiatives that support Sunpride Foods production, operations, and business functions. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's digital transformation and operational goals.
 
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver MIS/ IT projects with defined scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, QA and Sales.
Manage technology vendors, proposals, SOWs, and contract deliverables.
Track project progress, risks issues and escalate as needed.
Lead user acceptance testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
Ensure documentation, compliance and governance alignment.
Support change management, communication, and end-user training.

Qualifications
Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years relevant experience in MIS/ IT project management.
Experience in manufacturing/ FMCG is an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP(SAP), networks, servers, cybersecurity and system integrations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
