The person hired within our Customer Operations organization will offer support to the Personal Safety Division's APAC Fraud Hotline. These Fraud Hotline Support Representatives will be highly engaged and handle inbound phone calls, emails and webforms from customers that are reporting Fraud and Counterfeit with 3M products. These customer reports will be varied in nature and will require timely phone or email follow-up to ensure all critical information is collected and escalation to appropriate people internally at 3M is completed.
Seeking employees that require minimal work direction and are highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position. Best practicing sharing within work group will be key to the team. Critical thinking is a key skill for this position, as many of the inquiries are not always straightforward. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
Main responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize a large and varied case load effectively and efficiently to achieve positive results
• Prepare and coordinate assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information
• Review and research evidence/documents to analyze the overall fact pattern of claim and synthesize data into a professional case
• Provide professional and positive communications with customers
• Handling inbound/outbound calls
Main requirements Include:
• Business level fluency in English both oral and written (Advanced)
• Bachelor's degree (or advanced studies) from an accredited university in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of Customer Support experience for multinational companies
• Experience with salesforce
• At least 1 year of Fraud and investigation experience
• Critical Thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Desire to work with customers, and an understanding of excellence in customer service
• Proven experience in a related field
• Ability to analyze and problem solve
• Attention to detail and very organized
