Finance Customer Service Specialist ?
? * Checking necessary documents to be issued to the creditors.
? * Prepare and issue a Letter of Authority to financial institutions
? * Outbound and Inbound communication via email and phone calls to financial institutions collecting information on clients' debts.
? * Review client's bank statement for client's debts, repayment history and insolvency-related information.
? * Maintenance and data entry of information into our CRM
? * Liaison with clients and creditors for follow-up of outstanding information and supporting documentation

Ideal Candidate ?
? * Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
? * Ideally, the candidate must have previous experience in the debt/finance industry in a collections/account receivable team
? * Genuinely find satisfaction in assisting people who are experiencing financial distress
? * A strong focus on providing outstanding customer service and knowing how to handle communication with other business
? * Computer literacy (extremely proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook)
? * Exceptionally high communication skills, both written and spoken
