✅ Salary Budget: RM8500 + Housing Allowance RM600
✅ Role: Customer Success Specialist (CS - Taiwanese)
✅ Language: Native Mandarin / Hokkien (Taiwanese National)
✅ Start Date: Aug 21, 2023
✅ Headcounts: 4✅Sign-on Bonus: A one time RM5,000 sign-on bonus (with 12 months bond)
✅ Responsibilities:
• Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels.
• Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
• Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
• Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team.
• Take the extra mile to engage with consumers
✅ Skills:
• Advanced English level (B2) both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Contact centre experience of at least 1 year
• Track record of achieving targets
• Problem-solving oriented
• Consumer-oriented mindset
• Great interpersonal skills
• Technology adept
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
• Research skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own
NOTE: The paperwork and relocation expenses will be handle by the company.
