Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors and manages customer service team performance in their day-to-day activities, provide leadership and coaching.
Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and provide feedback.
Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
Leads and trains customer service representatives in the company.
Monitors the delivery and return of products.
Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelor's degree/ college diploma.
Atleast 3-4 years of work experience in Customer Service, as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Trainor.
Good computer navigation skills & attention to detail.
Able to demonstrate compassion while improving the chance to create rapport with the customers.
