CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD Our awesome client, a leading furniture company based in Australia is looking for aCustomer Service Team Lead to be part of their team. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES .Provide weekly reporting on individual and team performance . Train new Customer Service Representatives . Improve efficiency levels of individuals & the team . Lead team meetings . Suggest and develop improvements to customer experience . Deal with customer escalations via email and phone when required . Motivate & inspire the team . Create a positive & fun working environment . Provide reports on CS team and individual performance . Ensure all company's policies and procedures are maintained and understood within the CS Team PERSONAL SKILLS & QUALITIES A natural leader - articulate and approachable with well-developed motivations and influence skills. Proven influencing and negotiation skills, both internally and externally. . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Proven track record of developing people, specifically where structure is thin and deep as well as broad requirements for knowledge exists. . Individuals who have experienced private and growth orientated environments. . Experience with a multi contact centre - voice/mail/e-mail. . Experience with refund/returns process, development and management. . Ability to apply best practice customer management principles.
