JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Qualification
BA/BS in Psychology, Mass Communication, or equivalent courses
At least (3) year experience in handling customer support issues, challenges, and situations
Minimum of three (1) years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor
Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
E-Commerce platform background is highly advantageous
Proficiency in Online Shopping Fulfillment Process is highly advantageous
Responsibilities
Will handle 1 to 2 staff
Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation.
Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
Monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges, and voids.
Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies and explaining these to staff and customers.
Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
Quality Assurance Chat/Email Monitoring.
Performing additional duties where needed.
