Maintains coomunication equipment by reporting problems
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
Update clients on their repaired units/concerns
Encode in the sytem all information and updates
Update the warranty list
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree, any course
Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service Representative in BPO setting
Excellent Communication Skills
Can start immediately
