Receive and manage sales orders for Visayas and Mindanao region.
Posting of Sales order in SAP.
Posting of sales in SAP system, review of unserved orders.
Monitoring of purchase orders.
Close coordination with production team for scheduling/planning of production of goods
Close coordination with logistics team for availability of stocks and estimated delivery dates.
Follow up & update status of deliveries.
Manage customer's expectations.
Inform client about the upcoming deliveries & follow up regularly if goods are received in good condition.
At least 1-2 years experience on related field.
Proven customer support experience is a plus.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Attentive to details.
Experience in feed mills production preferred, but not required.
Basic computer knowledge
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
A team player, can work under minimal supervision.
Strong sense of accountability, and initiative.
